1. Send us a message through our CONTACT page or the Facebook Messenger window on our website. Include the following information:

NAME
ADDRESS
MOBILE NUMBER
E-MAIL ADDRESS
PRODUCT FOR REPLENISHMENT

2. We will schedule for a messenger to pick up the empty container/s from your provided address. We will reply to your message confirming receipt of your information, and the details of the pick-up. Shipping cost to be shouldered by Serena.

3. Once you've settled the payment for your product replenishment, Serena will schedule another messenger to deliver your order to your provided address. Payment and delivery details are available on our FAQs page.
