Select products are available on our online and retail partners' sites and on-ground locations in Metro Manila, Coron (Palawan), Port Barton (Palawan), Siargao, and La Union. A full list is available here.

For online transactions, our most commonly used methods of payment are: Bank Transfers, Cash on Delivery (COD), and credit card/Paypal.

COD via EXPRESS DELIVERY

This service is available through Courier or Express Delivery. However, prices will vary. More details below.

CREDIT CARD/PAYPAL

Our website is capable of making credit card transactions and fund transfers through Paypal. Simply provide your personal and delivery details at checkout. These will be followed by a confirmation e-mail and updates to the movement of your order. Meanwhile you can sit back and wait for it to arrive.

COD via COURIER

Click on the "CheckMeOut: BUY NOW" button on the page of the product you wish to purchase. This will take you to a separate payment portal (we assure you of its security) where you may provide us the details necessary for us to fulfil your order.

Checking out with CheckMeOut -- whether with a COD transaction or online banking -- automatically entitles you to door-to-door delivery service.

Our fabulous COD + logistics partner allows:

  • A flat delivery rate of P100 + P5 insurance (for every P500 amount purchased)
  • Nationwide coverage
  • 2-3 days for Metro Manila deliveries;
    7-10 days for deliveries to provincial locations

COD via EXPRESS DELIVERY

Services like Grab Express and Lalamove have made deliveries very convenient, and can surely bring your orders to you in a snap! However, this does not come without a price. And this varies.

It costs a little more, but is great for "emergencies" and super last-minute decisions. We can deliver to you even if you flight was 2 hours away.

1. Make a payment through A BDO/BPI mobile bank app or over-the-counter transaction. You may include your delivery fee** in your deposit.

COURIER

For Bank Transfers, Over-the-counter deposits, Credit Card, and Paypal payments

  • WITHIN METRO MANILA = P70.00
    2-3 days delivery time
  • OUTSIDE METRO MANILA = P160.00
    5-7 days delivery time

COURIER + Cash on Delivery

Available only for COD transactions, and Credit Card or Online Banking payments made through CheckMeOut.com 

  • A flat delivery rate of P100 + P5 insurance for every P500 purchase made
    Ex. P400 (item) + P100 (delivery) + P5 (insurance) = P505.00 
          P1,500 (item) + P100 (delivery) + P15 (insurance) = P1615.00
  • Nationwide coverage
  • 2-3 days for Metro Manila deliveries;
    7-10 days for deliveries to provincial locations

EXPRESS DELIVERY

Available for COD transactions, Fund Transfers and Direct Deposits, Credit Card and direct transfers made through Paypal

  • Same day delivery. Available within Metro Manila ONLY.
  • Delivery fees vary depending on location and time/day of delivery.

We do accept special requests to rerun styles/colors/sizes that are no longer available, provided that:

  • A 50% deposit is made upon making the request. Full payment is required prior to product delivery.
  • The material is still available from our textile supplier. We will coordinate with you directly regarding this. As much as possible, we can diagnose feasibility before accepting your request.
  • A two (2) week lead time is allowed. We will coordinate the progress of your request as frequently as possible within this period.

Item reservations will only be held for three (3) days only. Unpaid orders will be considered cancelled and reserved items will be let go after this window.
Our sizes are forgiving! You can refer to this size chart to figure out which size will best fit you.

If you have previously purchased one of our beauty or bath products, and you have recently run out of our product, you are entitled to a discounted refill.

For now, you may send us your empty bottles through courier, and then we'll send it back to you as soon as the refill has been completed.

Otherwise, you may deposit your empty container to one of our retail partners, and they will replenish you with a fresh bottle, at a discounted price. See a list of our partners here.
